Plans for a “Thriller” musical were underway, but have been put on hold following the death of Michael Jackson.

The Nederlander Organization acquired rights to use songs from “Thriller” and “Off The Wall” by Jackson for the musical, but halted plans after they learned of his passing. Jackson was said to have been heavily involved in the creative process of the stage production.
A Nederlander spokesperson said, “We just don’t know what’s going to happen, and that’s all we’re saying for now.”
Do you think they should go ahead with it as planned?
