Sick Puppies Release Album Art & Track Listing For ‘Tri-Polar’

Sick Puppies have just unveiled the album artwork for “Tri-Polar”, their second major label album, and follow-up to “Dressed Up As Life”. “Tri-Polar” will feature the anthemic single, “You’re Going Down,” which is being used as the theme song for the WWE’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view as well as “Street Fighter War.” The full track-listing can be seen below. Adam Lambert recorded some songs on the Hi-Fi Records label prior to his becoming a contestant on ‘American Idol’. The CEO of the company is planning a summer release for that album, in an effort to cash in on Lambert’s success.

Alice In Chains Announces New Album Title

Alice In Chains have just announced the title of their new album, “Black Gives Way To Blues”, which is set for release on September 29, 2009.

The new album is the band’s first record in ten years and it will showcase the vocal talents of new singer William DuVall.

The band is set to perform on July 18, 2009 alongside Kid Rock at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan, and will be doing a European tour this summer.

However good DuVall sounds, I still miss Layne Staley.

Jay-Z Reveals ‘Blueprint 3′ Release Date

Jay-Z has revealed his upcoming album, “Blueprint 3″ is set for a September 11th release date.

The date is rather significant, not only because of the September 11th attacks, but because it is being released eight years from the date the original “Blueprint” album was released.

The album was produced by Kanye West and is being release on his own label, Roc Nation Records.

The album follows Jay-Z’s 2007 “American Gangster” soundtrack album.

The Black Eyed Peas Release Official Video For ‘I Gotta Feeling’

The Black Eyed Peas have just released their official video for “I Gotta Feeling” and it’s the explicit version, which does contain some nudity.

The song is the second official single from the group’s fifth studio album, “The E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies)”, which is due out in stores on June 9th.

Rockers Pearl Jam have performed on “The Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien” on June 1st. They rocked out to their newest single, “Get Some”, which is off of their upcoming album, “Backspacer.”

O’Brien delivered a warm welcome to the band and showed much respect as he announced them as “one of the greatest rock bands in the world.”
